My program is based on proven mathematical and biological research of the human body and its functions. It promotes a balance of your cardiovascular system, your resistance training, and your nutrition. As a result, your body will settle into a state making your goals easy to reach. Whether it be lowering your cholesterol and/or blood sugar or increasing your bone density, you will achieve what you’ve been striving for.
This balance will help slow the aging process, it will lessen inflammation, and clean your body of the toxins you’ve built up over the years.

Linda Steele's 2800 calorie per day sample diet

Linda, herself, uses this 2,800 calorie per day plan, researched and prepared weekly. This meal plan is a big part of her success.

Your comprehensive meal plan will be customized to meet your unique nutritional needs and goals.
Pork Chops- Season to your own taste. I use onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until 145 degree internal temperature.

Shrimp- Peel and place in boiling water for 5 minutes until thawed. Add cocktail sauce in containers for dipping if desired.

Chicken- Season to your own taste. I use lemon pepper and onion salt. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Rice- Follow cooking instructions on the back of the container. They are all different.

Cucumber/Tomato Salad- Cut both into cubes, add balsamic vinegar, onion powder, celery salt and pepper. Eat chilled.

Vegetables- Marinade in very little olive oil, or light salad dressing with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt. Bake at 400 for 30 min, turn the veggies, bake for an additional 10 to 15 min or until slightly browned.

Fruit- Eat whole, or cut up into wedges to make them easy to grab.

Oatmeal- Add to mason jars with equal parts skim milk. Add fruit as desired. You can remove the metal lid and warm in the microwave, or eat cold.

Nutribullet- I add spinach, carrots, and a half of an apple or berries. Before I blend it I add water and 2 scoops of Nectar Protein Powder.
